What is THE PEACE ARMY?

As you probably already know, The Soldiers of Peace project initiated when, through history, I discovered that Terracotta Warriors that were found in China. (For more information, go to www.soldiersofpeace.ca under the heading " The project and Vision ")

Many years ago, approximately 2 000 years ago, history tells us that The Emperor Qin had an army of 1,000,000 men at his service as Soldiers. When I discovered this, I was inspired to invite one million people to enrol in an Army of Peace to be created as counter part by a Female Soldier Army. Eventhough we talk about a Female Soldier Army, this refers to the Female Essence which is present in everyone. Men, Children, Women can become a Female Soldier of Peace and doing so, they will honor their female essence within themselves, contributing to create the counter balance of the energies on earth.

A close observation of what is going on throughout the world and reflecting on it, in my own life, I became aware of my inbalance between my masculine and feminine essence and this inbalance created war conflicts within me. I believe that in our Society, the masculine essence is very much promoted and on the other hand, we seemed to have lost the feminine aspect within us and we often feel guilty if we listen to it.

In my own way, I understand these two aspects of masculine and feminine essence throughout the season’s cycle. I see nature as being the biggest piece of Artwork which enlighten’s me always. When we observe nature and the seasons, we naturally observe the feminine and masculine forces which govern the cycle of life itself.

In springtime, the energy is quite strong and everything grows and the flower bulbs are coming alive. This action means that the masculine principle is alive. Let us compare this to the thought of a project : We want to built a house for ourselves. We are excited, we bring forth ideas, we make our planning. Arriving to the Summer season, the flower bulbs gives all its energy to develop as a fruit. We are ready to build the house. The action is well expanded and it gets done.

The realization, the action, the tangible, the rational and the production are elements that are very promoted and accepted by our society and if we want to be part of it, we must go with the flow. So, after building our house, we return to spring, so i twill bring us another idea which will very quickly take us to another summer and another spring and so on…after many years of running, we are drained, tired and very often we collapse.

We have forgotten our feminine energy which is illustrated by our Fall and Winter seasons. The Fall season is harvest time, time to give our thanks and to start hearing silence. It is also the moment to recognize what we have accomplished, thanking life for what it has brought to us. Taking time to sit and appreciate the work done.

Then comes winter, when time is suspended and it is time to hibernate, time to interiorize, time to stop and when there is nothing to be done, which is in fact, letting the invisible do all the work. The little seed which was burried in the darkness of the soil does not know for sure if she will come back to life but, waits silently and lets the universe take care of her. Just like the child in the mother’s womb. During 9 months she will carry this baby and all she can do is to let go and wait. She cannot start working to create the child, the universe is in charge of that. It is his work. It isn’t because the mother doesn’t do anything that nothing is happening. One of the most beautiful wonders in this world will appear and at that moment, the mother will work by using her masculine energy to give life.

At the end of every winter, comes spring and it is because there is winter, that spring comes along. All seasons are related one to the other to assure life. However, in our Society, anything to do with the invisible or intuition, the waiting, the welcome or receipt, silence and gratitude are elements which are very seldom valued. So we loose a sence of the sacred as well as the path to follow in order to find harmony. We no longer hear the cry from within. Very much used to a routine and running after who knows what and we end up, sooner or later, by collapsing and sometimes, that is when a miracle happens…Once again, we start hearing our little voice within, which makes herself heard. Will we have the courage to listen and to act favorably?

The Army of Peace, touches the feminine aspect within us, in order to take back her position in this world and find harmony again.

One person at a time, men, women and children, we can change the world. It is up to each one of us to walk the path. Let us become Feminine Soldiers of Peace in order to help humanity along it’s journey.
